No. This is supplemental cash benefits paid directly to the policyholder to help with expenses and income gaps. It stacks with existing coverage.

What's the employer contribution?

What if an employee leaves?

Coverage is portable with no change in rate or benefits.

What is Return of Premium?

After 20 or 25 years (*state specific) 100% of premiums paid are refunded, minus any claims paid. If all adults on the policy pass away before the ROP date, premiums are refunded to the beneficiary.

How does enrollment occur?

We join one of your team meetings to share the benefits with the whole team. Any individuals interested in learning the specific rates for their family will meet with us afterward. Enrollments can occur at any time of the year and avoid the chaos of health insurance open enrollment periods.
